Everything you need to manage your properties

RentDesk brings into one platform what usually ends up scattered across spreadsheets, chats and folders.

  • Residential units

Register buildings or complexes with one or several dwellings and their common areas. Choose the type of each dwelling, for example a house.

  • Inventory per dwelling and common area

Document what is in each space, with descriptions and photos, so landlord and tenant know what is handed over and what was agreed.

  • Tickets with evidence

Your residents report issues, such as plumbing or a damaged piece of furniture, with priority and photos. Every update is recorded until the work is marked as done.

  • Rentals and tenants

Record the tenant, dates and notes of each rental. See which ones are active, about to expire or expired, and check their documents.

  • Users and roles

Invite your residents by email and define who manages and who follows up on tickets.

  • In Spanish and English

The platform is available in both languages.

A role for every person

Each user sees what they need to do their job.

  • Administrator

Creates units, dwellings and common areas, manages users and rentals, and oversees tickets.

  • Delegate

A trusted person who handles tickets and leaves a record of the work done.

  • Resident

Views their dwelling and reports issues with a description and photos.

Frequently asked questions

What is RentDesk?

RentDesk is a web platform to manage apartment and building rentals in Mexico: residential units, dwellings, common areas, inventories, rentals, users and maintenance tickets.

Who is RentDesk for?

It is built for apartment and building managers, from people handling a few dwellings to complexes with common areas. They decide to use it, and their residents and delegates join by invitation.

What kinds of spaces can I manage?

You can register residential units with dwellings and common areas. For each dwelling you choose its type, for example a house, and you can keep an inventory for every dwelling and common area.

How do tickets work?

A resident reports a problem, such as a plumbing issue or a damaged piece of furniture, with a description, priority and photos. Whoever handles the ticket adds updates and marks the work as done, and everything is kept as evidence.

Do my tenants need an account?

Yes. Residents receive an email invitation and, from their account, view their dwelling and report issues.

Is it available in English?

Yes, the platform works in Spanish and English.

How much does it cost?

We are defining the subscription plans for managers. We will publish them on this site as soon as they are ready.
